Dr. Manly is a clinical psychologist, an author, consultant, advocate and speaker, with a holistic, body-mind-spirit approach.
She specializes in improving professional and personal relationships through mindfulness and communication skills, blending traditional psychotherapy with alternative mindfulness practices.
I talk to her about her most recent book, Joy from Fear, to bring you some of the most helpful, practical advice we’ve had on the show to this date regarding how to handle daily negative emotions such as anxiety, and how to literally use them to produce more joy in our lives.
